Plant a Tree

Since Moving to My Land I have been planting as many trees as I can, I've currently planted over four hundred and want to plant a further six hundred in the next couple of years!

I have had many messages from people who want to get involved and behind my tree planting endeavours, hence the reason for setting up this way of contributing!

Planting trees is one of the best things I can possibly do to help the world in my opinion, there are many benefits for planting trees but my main aim with the trees is to create habitats for birds and insects, there are already several small copses of semi mature trees on the land and my aim is to connect all of these up with patches of native woodland, this is called connecting corridors, linking up vital habitats.

Since I have started planting trees there really is nothing better than watching the birds flitting around in the new trees, although they are still small one day I can't wait to walk through a diverse native woodland that will be supporting a multitude of insects, animals and birds! It really does feel amazing being able to give back to the beautiful nature around that I find so inspiring for my work and life in general!

So far I have been planting, oak, silver birch, hawthorn, alder, wild cherry, beech and rowan trees!

I will be ordering my next batch of trees in spring 2025 and any contributions really would be greatly appreciated! One hundred percent of this listing will go directly to purchasing tree saplings!
