Uk Orders-
I ship with Royal Mail and only use first class postage, there are three options, tracked, signed for and standard, they should all take the same amount of time to be delivered, my items are sent in large letter boxes so fit through a letter box, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once shipped with any tracking info.
International orders-
I ship anywhere in the world that the uk Royal Mail sends to, the international shipping is tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once shipped. I hold No responsibility for any Customs/tax's.
Packaging-
I only use biodegradable packaging, I try and keep my packaging minimal to reduce the postage costs to an absolute minimum cost, my items are packaged in heavy duty large letter cardboard boxes, and I use the wood chips from my carvings as packaging In the box, which includes a handwritten thank you paper card, and all is sercured with eco heavy duty brown paper tape, all the packaging can be composted or makes a great fire starter! The Box comes in a Compostabel postage bag so once removed it is ideal to give as a gift in the box!
Returns-
I will only accept returns if the item arrives visibly damaged from transit, if the item is not the size, shape,depth, length etc that you were wanting/expecting it to be then I can't offer a refund for this, all my work is unique in every way possible, for example I don't make my Scoops to any specific size dimensions they are all different so if your after something very specific please contact my before purchasing!
